Know all men by these presents that we DANIEL McNEIL and ABEL RANDAL are held and firmly bound unto the Mississippi Territory and his Successors in office in the penal Sum of Twl hundred dollars which payment well and truly to be made we bind ourselves, our heirs executors and administrators, jointly and Severally by these presents - Sealed with our Seals and dated the 25th day of February 1814 -
The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the above bound DANIEL McNEIL hath this day prayed and obtained a License to be joined in marriage to REBECCA RANDAL - now if theres is no lawful cause to obstruct the marriage for which the Licence was granted, then the above obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and virtue -
