NW Section ten Township nine SR 39 containing 80 acres That on or about the 20th day of Nov 1856 your petitioner was appointed administrator of all and singular the goods and chattels rights and credits of said deceased that as such administrator he ? will and ? administered the same by d? of all the property and collecting as for as he could all the demands due said estate and that then is due from said estate in claims allowed over and above all the assets in his hands ? administered about the sum of $55 05/100 which then is no ? to pay without a sale of the real estate. That the said deceased left the following heirs to wit. LUCY his widow, your petitioner, MARY his daughter, who has intermarried with THOMAS TAYLOR ~ MARTHA J. LOUISA and CINTHA F. MANNING the last two being minors, ANDERSON CUTRELL who married his daughter ANGELINA since deceased, JOSEPH CUTRELL, HARDY and JOHN CUTRELL. minor heirs of ANDERSON CUTRELL who moved ? all of whom your petitioner prays may be made defendants to this petitioner that a guardian ad litem be appointed for the minor heirs and ? a full hearing and the court being satisfied of the con? of the petitioner may grant and order to sell said real estate or so much then of or will be sufficient to pay the debts of ? said estate and such other and further relief or to ?
