On the Motion of HANAH[sic] SHELTON Certificate is granted her for obtaining letters of Administration of all and singular the Goods and Chattels rights and Credits of WILLIAM SHELTON Deceased which were of the said William at the time of his death. She having finish taken the oath agreeable to law, and together with ELIJAH YATES. David Owen. & William Legrand her securities entered into Bond and Acknowledged the same. Agraham Legrand. Peter Wilson, CH? Williams and William Ware or any three of these being first sworn as the law directs are Appointed to Appraise the said estate and return an Inventory thereof to the Court.
NOTE: CH? is listed in the prior record as "Charles".
