Second Generation
(3) Richard King, son of John and Mary (Stowell) King, was born about 1718 in Boston, MA, and married 20 Nov 1753, (13) Isabella Bragdon who was born 8 Apr 1731 and was the daughter of Jeremiah S and Tabitha Banks Bragdon. Richard died 27 Mar 1775 in Scarborough, ME. Isabella died 19 Oct 1759.

(6) William King, son of John and Mary (Stowell) King, was born 27 Jun 1725 in Boston, MA, and married (25) Mary Goldthwaite who was born about 1725.
(7) David King, son of John and Mary (Stowell) King, was born 12 Aug 1726 in Boston, MA, and married (26) Elizabeth Gray who was born about 1726. David died 11 Mar 1897 in Biddeford, York, ME.
This family appears on a Family Group Sheet in the LDS Archives, submitted by Charles King III of Santaquin UT perhaps about 1950. He cites Maine Historical and Genealogical Register Vol 2. They are also in History of the State of Maine. David witnessed a land transaction in Watertown MA in 1746, moved to Saco Maine abt 1760 and served in Rev War as sgt in Capt Benj Hooper's Co.
