     59 -         In the name of God , Amen I John King of
                  Henry County: in my proper State of mind: calling
The last          to mind the weak state of my body do hereby make
will & Testa=     This my Last will and Testament: I commend
ment of           my Soal to the Almight God: and my property
John King decd.   I bequeath and dispose of in the following manner
                  (viz) Item. I will and desire that my Executors here
                  =in after named, Shall sell the tract of Land where
                  =on John Himley now Resides, adjoining the Land
                  of William graphx/barron and Others, and apply The
                  Proceeds of the Sale of Said Land to the payment
                  of a debt due from me to Joseph Martin: and the
                  balance to the payments of Such other debts as may
                  be Just Item: my will and desire is that my
                  beloved wife Mary King Shall Remain in pos=
                  sefsion of the Tract of Land whereon I now Reside
                  and that She Shall Keep in her possession the follow=
                  =ing property (untill my Youndest Child arrives
                  to mature age, Viz, Derry a Negro man, Bob a negro
                  man, Nancy a Negro woman and her children,
                  Delpha Lucy & Ben and Also my Household &
                  Kitchen furniture: and all my Stock of Horses,
                  Cattle, Sheep, and Hogs: and all and every debt or
                  debts due me to be collected by my Executors, and after
                  the payment of all myi Just debts, and all necess
                  =ary costs attending The Administration of my Estate
                  the balance to pay over to my beloved wife as afore
                  =said at the time the Youngest child may arrive at
                  lawful age to be equally divided amongst my children
                  my wife Retaining one full Third part during her
                  natural life, and at her desease to be equally
                  divided amongst my children. Item: my will and
                  desire is that whenever my daughter Jane shall enter=
                  =marry, the negro Girl Lucy I bequeath to her and her
                  Heirs: but in the event of her having no children, at
                  her death the said Negro Girl Lucy and her increase
                  to Revert to the balance of my children. Item: my
                  will and desire is that my Grand daughter Jane
                  Nall at the division of my Estate Shall Receive
                  a childs part of my Estate. Item: the negro Girl
                  Lucy which I have contionally bequeathed to my
                  daughter Jane: is to be (received?) at Valuation at ?
                  She may be (Received?) by her and at the division
                  of my Estate The amount of the negro Girl is to be taken
                  into the estimate of what my daughter Jane Shall
                  Receive of my whole estate. Lastly. I do hereby
                  Constitute and appoint my Brother Thomas King
                  and my son Jacob L. King my Executors to this my
                  last will and Testament. In witnefs whereof
                  I hereby Set my hand This 28th day of August

                  George King his Securities entered into Bond
