I Thomas King of Louisa County being of sound sense & memory do make & ordain this my Last Will & Testament Viz: ~ In the first place I will that all my first debts be paid - Item I give to George W. Trueheart all my lands consisting of the tract I purchased of David Bullock & twenty two &1/2 acres left me by my Father which Lands Mr. Trueheart many years ago paid me for the reversion of & which i have conveyed in reversion to him by deds now of record in the county Court of Louisa But having hear? ? ? ? ? ? the validity of a Title conveyed in that way I now devise these Lands to Mr. Trueheart to ensure him the certain & quiet pofsefsion of ? he has paid me for & is justly entitled to - I leave to Geo. W. Trueheart my megro woman Venus has long been a faithful servant & desires ? ? that I shouldleave her & her daughter to Mr. Trueheart - Item I give to Dudley Gibson my grey mare my saddle & Bridle with ? my feather bed & furniture my great coat & strait bodied coat and my Large chest ~ Item I give to the negro woman Franky whom I hire of Mrs Yancy, Twenty dollars to be paid by my Executors ~ Item I give to my negro woman Venus all my Poultry(sp) all my kitchen furniture all my chairs & my smallest chest & also two Best Blankets Item I give to Geo. W. Trueheart my stock of Bees & my Ox Cart Item all the remainder of my estate whatsoever I give to George W.
